Glo Data Plan – Here are the subscription codes for Glo Bundle Plan , Glo Internet Bundle and Glo Data Plans For Android 2017.

If you’re looking for cheap internet subscription for your device , then you should serious consider subscribing for the new Glo data plans . Why? because it is currently the cheapest internet package in Nigeria ; far cheaper than than of Etisalat , Airtel and MTN.  Imagine getting 3.2GB data for @1,000 , or 12GB data for just #3,000!!! Isn’t that insane? See the screenshot below :

In this article , we’re going to take a look at the  Glo data Plans , how much they cost , their subscription codes and how to check data balance on glo.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (27th April 2017)

Glo have slashed their data volume by more than 50%

In April 2017 , Glo announced a massive reduction of their data volume by more than 50% , while the PRICE REMAINS UNCHANGED.

E.g :

#500 now gets you 800MB instead of 1.6GB data.

#1,000 now gets you 1.6GB instead of 3.2GB

#2,500 now gets you 5GB instead of 10GB

….and many more

However , users who meet certain conditions will continue to enjoy the old data plans (i.e #1,000 for 3.2GB data , e.t.c).

Here are the conditions :

  • New Customers will get double data (i.e #1,000 for 3.2GB , instead of 1.6GB)

  • If you are an old customer , you will also continue to enjoy the old data plans (i.e #1,000 for 3.2GB data , e.t.c). however , you will be given 3days grace period after your subscription has expired. If you FAIL to renew your subscription within that 3 days period you will no longer be able to enjoy the old data plans. The next time you subscribe , you will get HALF the data volume at the same price (i.e #1,000 for 1.6GB data , instead of 3.2GB).

  • So in order for you to continue enjoying the old volume as an existing customer , make sure you renew your subscription within the next 3 days after it expires , else you’ld subscribe at the new rate.

  • Glo is okay in my area but the only problem is that I subscribe #1000 monthly data plan when I suppose to get 3.2G but I get 1.6G.

  • Is it true that Glo still give 3.2G to new customers and what is the code cos I just bought a new SIM

  • With this present slash of 50% on data bundles without prior information,am highly disappointed with GLO beginning to consider other network and am sure GLO is going to lose more customers if they fail to revert to the old data bundles!

  • They should have sent a broadcast to their customers before doing it. Now I feel like I just wasted my money. I’m seriously done with them now

  • Oh…. I wanted to leave etisalat for glo network. But thank God I saw this reviews. I can’t comman go n waste me hard earned money.

  • Been using glo for over a year especially when it comes to data.I load 3.2gb and it runs through in less than a week even when I not downloading. Seems Glo has joined Airtel and others in outrageous data rate. That combine with unreliable data service are signs that I need to move on.

  • I cant subscribe because they said i paused my previous subscription. Pls how do i activate it

  • Hi, have been trying to buy a 1.3gb datafor N500 but keep telling me ‘ Insufficient credit balance for d plan you want to buy”. Whats going on pls?

  • Glo network should not be relied upon if you have a serious information to source from the net and you don’t have enough money. I have on several occasions subscribed to GLo plan without been able to access the net.

  • The comment is true that glo network is not something to write home about, coupled with unnecessary deductions of tariff. Before you know, they tell you that you are on a certain sms code which, consciously, you didn’t subscribe for…. Does BB10 (Q5) supports 4LTE?

  • Glo network has been nightmares from the beginning. the worst mobile telephone network. their certificate needs to be revoked.

  • How do I check my balance through SMS, on iPad Or wireless Mifi. (2) How do I load my account with recharge card on my iPad or wireless Mifi, without removing SIM card.

  • This his what no get when I wanna subscribe.. “sorry an error has occurred please try again later”. What’s the meaning Admin??

  • Pls about two year’s ago am been using bbcmonth for data subscription but
dis year is not working again and #1000 I subscribe yesterday d network is very poor, pls what to about it or is it any better code that can make d Internet work faster than this pls?

  • Glo data is good but d network to enjoy the data is extra slow they should do something better about it

  • I really need to try and test it to see how it works here in Sokoto cause I learned that people are so much complaining about the network… I hope it will work smoothly here…

  • Please help me I have just acquired a glo 4 glte sim card, how can I activate and browse with it on my blackberry bold 4 device? Please help.
    Ibe Isaac.

  • I subscribe N1000 monthly data plan in my to use with my android but is not working, I did it last month nothing happens and the data plan expired without using it now I have subscribe another one month data plan yesterday and I can’t use it in my android, if u guys did not do anything about it I will switch to another network that is capable, this is my number: [Number Hidden by Admin]

  • @Elizabeth

==> To REMOVE the mobile number of the person you have previously shared data with send; “Remove < ” as an SMS to 127 (eg. send “Remove 0807xxxxxxx” as an SMS to 127)

  • Everyone is complaining about Glo Network.. It’s time they do something about it… It’s not about the increase in Data but about the network.
Or what’s the point of good data but bad network.

  • So annoying, Glo keep increasing data volumes without considering the network their customers will use the data with. Glo network is very annoying everywhere. Thanks for the data but improve your network first if you really want to be of help to your customers.

  • Peter Terlumun kwaghlaaer, from Benue state of Nigeria ‘hi of cause Glo try a lot but Glo network is not every where, like in Benue state is only Town people’s are beni finally Glo network.
